SPIRITUAL MIGRATIONS

I define spiritual migrations as journeys that move from our true center and explore other perspectives.  Migration is an instinctual process, as is the quest for spiritual expansion.  Each migration we dare to risk will always lead us back to the home of our inner Being. We can choose in every moment to create change, expand our life, and walk the path of JOY the Universe intends us to follow. Be brave. You cannot get it wrong.  And so it is.

(I recently heard that the same part of a bird's brain that tells it to migrate is the same part of the human brain that relates to spirituality...just another little twist to Spiritual Migrations!).
